Sarah Lim is a chef known for her vibrant, deeply seasonal soups, salads, and desserts that celebrate both flavor and wellbeing. Trained at The Living Light Institute in 2007, Sarah blends a passion for health with a bold, artistic approach to food—crafting menus that span both plant-based and thoughtfully sourced animal-based offerings.
Her cooking is rooted in relationships: with local farmers, small producers, and the communities she serves through boutique-scale catering and farmers market pop-ups. Whether it’s a velvety soup, a crisp herb-laced salad, or a globally inspired dessert, every dish tells a story of freshness, creativity, and connection.
